World Knitting Textile Co., Ltd. began as a ready-to-wear garment manufacturer in 1986 under the name World Knitting Industries Co., Ltd. Its main export markets were the Americas, Europe, and Japan. The company's positive customer response led to the expansion of its production base to meet growing customer demand.
The company established a knitting factory in 1990 and subsequently branched out into knitting, weaving, bleaching, and dyeing under the name World Knitting Textile Co., Ltd. in 2004. Throughout its thirty-plus years in the weaving and dyeing industry, the company has been committed to continuous development, earning it excellent customer recognition for its standards and quality, leading to its position as a leading player in the Thai textile industry.

ด้วยประสบการ์ณและความเข้าใจในสิ่งทอ เครื่องตกแต่งผ้าสำเร็จของทางโรงงานถูกแยกออกมาเป็น 2 ไลน์การผลิต โดยแยกตามประเภทเส้นใย คือเส้นใยธรรมชาติ และเส้นใยสังเคราะห์ เพื่อให้ผลิตผ้าออกมาได้คุณภาพดีที่สุด เครื่องตกแต่งผ้าสำเร็จของทางโรงงานนอกจากจะสามารถควบคุมสเปคผ้า เปอร์เซ็นต์หด เปอร์เซ็นต์บิด และคุณภาพของผ้าได้อย่างดีแล้ว ยังสามารถเพิ่มคุณค่าให้กับผืนผ้าด้วยการฟินิชชิ่งฟีเจอร์พิเศษลงไป

ทำการตรวจผ้าด้วยระบบมารตฐานสากล 4 point system ทั้งในส่วนของผ้าดิบ และผ้าสำเร็จ ซึ่งถูกควบคุมและบันทึกด้วยระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ นอกจากนี้ที่ระบบแพคกิ้งของทางโรงงานยังมีการติดตั้งเครื่องตรวจจับโลหะเพื่อรองรับกับนโยบาย metal free ของทางลูกค้า ผ้าทั้งหมดแพคแบบม้วนแกนเพื่อป้องการรอยยับ และจัดเก็บที่คลังสินค้าด้วยระบบบาร์โค๊ดทั้งหมด

สำหรับการควบคุมคุณภาพในส่วนของห้องแลป ทางโรงงานมีการติดตั้งเครื่องแมตสี เครื่องตรวจเช็คค่าสี พร้อมซอฟท์แวร์อัพเดทที่เชื่อมโยงกับเครื่องดูดสี ซึ่งทุกส่วนและทุกอุปกรณ์ถูกออกแบบมาให้ทำงานสัมพันธ์กัน เพื่อผสมสีและทำแลปดิปสีออกมาให้ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้ามากที่สุด
